Our executive retained searches are more like consulting assignments than recruiting endeavors. We have a process that removes the hard work from the client and places the entire executive retained search and selection process on our consultants. We conduct online campaigns, actively network, screen all resumes and then conduct in-depth interviews. We understand that many qualified candidates are not actively conducting a job search – with our vast network of professionals we can identify those who will meet your specific criteria. Additionally, we provide a complete professional assessment for finalist candidates. Our comprehensive assessment examines the candidate’s EQ (emotional intelligence) primary strengths & limitations, cognitive abilities to include their verbal comprehension, quantitative reasoning, analytical/conceptual abilities, breadth of knowledge, as well as the cultural fit between the candidate and the company.
